Heard learned advocates for the parties.
Learned advocate for private respondents namely respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has no objection if speaking to minutes is allowed and order dated 14.3.2012 is corrected accordingly.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd last paragraph which refers to "Accordingly, the impugned complaint, proceedings and orders are hereby quashed and set aside" would include the orders passed by learned JMFC, Kapadwanj in Misc. Criminal Application No. 207 of 2010 dated 30.11.2010 and judgment and order passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kheda at Nadiad in Criminal Revision Application No. 134 of 2010 dated 8.8.2011.
Thus, order dated 14.3.2012 stands corrected in the above terms.
Order accordingly.
