Considering the fact that even the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent was also under the impression that the present Civil Revision Application is already admitted and, therefore, thrice the applications were submitted for fixing the early date of hearing and the Civil Revision Application was fixed for final hearing, RULE returnable on 03/12/2012. Ad-interim relief granted earlier is directed to be continued on condition that the applicant shall deposit a sum of Rs. 20,000/- with the Registry of this Court within a period of two months from today and continue to pay mesne profit at the rate of Rs. 200/- every month commencing from August, 2012 during pendency and final disposal of the Civil Revision Application. As and when the aforesaid amount is deposited, it will be open for the respondent to withdraw the same, which shall be paid to the respondent by an account payee cheque.
