Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present petition, the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, District Allahabad to decide the Maintenance Case No.488 of 2017 (Smt. Amina @ Neha Vs. Saud Alam), under Section 125, Cr.P.C., P.S. Kareli, District Allahabad, within the time stipulated by this Court.
Submission is that the application of the applicant under Section 125, Cr.P.C. is pending since 7.6.2017.
The application is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, District Allahabad to decide the case of the applicant expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order before him.
