Heard Sri B.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri Srivastava submits that his Case No. 753, RST No. 1826/2015 Computerized Case No. T20151714011826 (Amina Khatun vs. Rajendra Prasad), under the provisions of Section 34 of U.P. Land Revene Act, 1901 is pending before the respondent no. 2-Nayab Tehsildar, Sikandarpur, Harraiya, District-Basti.
In view of such facts, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2-Nayab Tehsildar, Sikandarpur, Harraiya, District-Basti to decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner on its merits, if possible, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today on PDF form strictly in accordance with law.
In above terms, the writ petition is disposed of.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
