JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
Learned APP Mr.L.B.Dabhi waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent - State.
The applicant has preferred this application for grant of parole leave.
Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since more than twenty years and whenever he was released in past, he surrendered in time, and his jail record is good and considering overall facts and circumstances, the applicant is granted parole leave for a period of fifteen (15) days, from the date of his release, on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), on the usual terms and conditions and to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on completion of the period of parole, the applicant shall surrender in time before the jail authority.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is partly allowed. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
