This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:
"1-issue a writ or direction of a suitable nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 taken the examination of the petitioner for the two post will be held on 29-07-2018 in one place Math and Science in advertisement dated 15-3- 2018."
Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the examination has already been held on 29.07.2018. Under the circumstances, I do not find any good reason to invoke the extraordinary and discretionary jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 30.7.2018 NLY
