The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction Paper No.6-C pending in Original Suit No.475 of 2015 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that by order dated 20.12.2018, the trial court has held service of summon upon the defendants sufficient. However, the application for temporary injunction has not been decided so far.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments, provided there is no legal impediment.
