Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
By means of the present 482 Cr.P.C. application, the prayer sought by the applicant is to set aside the order dated 27.08.2018 whereby charges have been framed against the applicant u/s 3/4 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 in S.T. No. 1632 of 2017, arising out of case crime no. 695 of 2012, P.S. Bhopa, District Muzaffar Nagar pending in the court of 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffar Nagar.
Submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has already been bailed out and if so advised, he may file a discharge application which shall be heard and decided by the court concerned expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law and law laid down in this regard within a period of 8 weeks by a well speaking and reasoned order.
With the aforesaid observations, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application stands disposed of.
