Seeking a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to measure the petitioner's land, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.In the considered opinion of the Court no police protection can be granted in respect of property dispute.
4.Ms.S.Shunmugavadivu, the Sub Inspector of Police, Seethaparpanallur Police Station is present. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instruction submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.56 of 2017 by the second respondent and the same was closed on 02.05.2017.
5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
