Ambubhai Kamabhai Baraiya vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|04 December, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned APP has submitted and it also appears from the record that the petitioner has annexed to the petition documents which are not related to the case in connection with which the petitioner has made grievance in present petition. Learned counsel for petitioner admitted the mistake and requested that she may be granted some time to place on record the relevant documents.
It is also noticed from the record that any request said to have been made earlier i.e. before filing present petition for transfer of Sessions Case No.1 of 2007 from Amreli Court to any other Court is also not placed on record. Any grounds on which the petitioner wants the case to be transferred are also not available on record. Any request said to have been made earlier and any decision in respect of such request is also not available on record.
Learned counsel for petitioner, therefore, submitted that relevant papers will be placed on record by the petitioner and for that purpose some time may be granted.
At the request of learned counsel for petitioner, S.O. to 27th December 2012.
