The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.12.2019 passed in Writ A No.20029 of 2019 (Ambrish Chandra Sharma Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others).
Before proceeding in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve copy of the present petition in the office of Sri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel, who appeared on behalf of opposite party in the Writ Court having Mobile No.9936155611 & 9794100100, Resident of A-1 (5)-21, Sarojini Apartments, Sarojini Naidu Marg, (Near A.G. Office), Prayagraj within two days.
If the copy of the aforesaid petition is served upon Sri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel, he will seek instructions/file affidavit of compliance in the matter.
List/put up in the week commencing 23.08.2021 as fresh showing the name of Sri Ashish Mishra as counsel for the opposite party.
