JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P. 355 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Pala transferred to Family Court, Muvattupuzha and dispose of the same along with two other matters pending before the latter court.
2. Suffice to say, the marital relationship between the first petitioner and the first respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. The first petitioner instituted O.P. 224 of 2014 and O.P. 4321 of 2014 before the Family Court, Muvattupuzha and the first respondent in his turn instituted O.P.355 of 2014 before the Family Court, Pala. The first petitioner points out that the issue involved in all the three petitions are almost same and the decision in one may have bearing on the other. According to the first petitioner, Tr.P.(C).513/2014. 2 she finds it difficult to go over to Pala and the first respondent has no difficulty in attending the court at Muvattupuzha as there already two matters are pending.
3. Notice was served to the respondents, but there is no appearance.
4. Since there is no objection raised against the relief sought for, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P. 355 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Pala shall stand transferred to Family Court, Muvattupuzha.
