JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri R.K.S. Suryvanshi, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"(a) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing to the o.P. No.2 the Secretary, U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Prayagraj to organize fresh interview of petitioner and thereafter to pass fresh appropriate order in regard of final selection of petitioner.
(b) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing to the O.P. No.2, the Secretary, U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Prayagraj to call upon the petitioner and consider his candidature under Ex-Army men category having being scored 193.80 marks out of maximum 425 marks in the written examination, which is more than the last final selectee in very same category having been awarded a83.0332 marks out of maximum 475 marks.
(c) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing to the O.P. No.2, the Secretary, U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Prayagraj to re-visit the final select list dated 23.07.2021 and inject the petitioner in final select list on the basis of his performance done in the written examination.
(d) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing to the O.P. No.2, the Secretary, U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Prayagraj to consider and decide the representation of petitioner dated 02.08.2021 pending before him, as contained in Annexure No.12 of the writ petition."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the opposite party No.2 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2021, which is contained as Annexure No.12 to the writ petition. He has further submitted that while disposing of the representation of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner may be considered strictly in accordance with law and as per the documents enclosed with the writ petition.
Learned counsels for the opposite parties have no objection if necessary direction for disposal of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is issued to the authority concerned.
Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue and considering the innocuous request of learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the instant writ petition at the admission stage directing the opposite party No.2 i.e. the Secretary, U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Prayagraj to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2021, which is contained as Annexure No.12 to the writ petition, strictly in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order considering the relevant papers relating to the issue of the petitioner, if those papers are produced by the petitioner along with a certified/ computerized copy of this order, with expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified/ computerized copy of this order and the decision thereof shall be intimated to the petitioner forthwith.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
