Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 (Tehsildar, Tehsil Tamkuhinagar, District Kushinagar) to consider and decide the Case No.201805440300631 U/s 35 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, (Ambika Vs. Amawas) pending since 16.01.2018 within short stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It has been stated that a mutation case under Section 35 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 instituted on 16.01.2018 has not been disposed of till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the respondent no. 1, Tehsildar, Tehsil Tamkuhinagar, District Kushinagar, may endeavour to decide the case as expeditiously, as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
