Ms. Rupal Agrawal, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Ashish Agrawal, who appears for the petitioners states that this writ petition has become infructuous at this stage and that she should be permitted to withdraw it with liberty to file a fresh, if occasion so arises.
Sri Sumit Kakkar, representing the respondents has no objection, if the petition is so dismissed.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh, if necessary.
