ORDER The proceedings would disclose that even on previous date of hearing, none have appeared on behalf of the petitioner, this only indicates that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.
Hence, petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of main petition, IA.No.1/2017 does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, IA.No.1/2017 is dismissed.
