Ambika Prasad Pandey vs The District Magistrate Distt. ...

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|28 November, 2016

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Sanjay Harkauli,J.
The petitioner is aggrieved on account of no action being taken by the police authorities in spite of status quo order having been passed by the Commissioner in an appeal under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901.
Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is a co-tenure holder and therefore and any action taken by the other co-tenure holders in connivance with the police should be forestalled.
Since the petitioner's matter is already pending before the Commissioner, it will be appropriate that the petitioner brings this fact to the notice of the Commissioner, who may call upon to issue necessary directions that may be required in accordance with law.
Consigned to records with the said observations.
