ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.4 has not been allotting essential commodities to the petitioner for distribution.
On the direction issued by this Court, respondent No.4 is personally present and he has stated that he has joined the office of respondent No.4 in September, 2014 and that as the petitioner has not approached him for issue of allotment order, essential commodities were not released. He has further stated that he is on leave from 22.12.2014 due to ill health and that the In-charge Tahsildar has issued the release order on 27.12.2014. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submitted that if the petitioner approaches respondent No.4 with demand drafts, essential commodities will be allotted for the month of January, 2015 and that the allotment will be continued so long as its authorisation remains in force.
In view of the above noted submissions, which are placed on record, the writ petition stands disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.49201 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
