JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Sri Vishal Kakkar holding brief of Sri Dinesh Kakkar, learned counsel for the respondent states that vakalatnama has been filed yesterday.
2. Office is directed to trace out the same and place it on record.
3. He prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Petitioner shall have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
4. List after expiry of four weeks showing the name of Sri Dinesh Kakkar as counsel for the respondent.
