The writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs -
1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1&2 to removing the all irregularities in the final chak map of village concern which is disclose in report dated 23.07.2018 accordance with law.
2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner and other tenure holder during pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court.
In so far as the relief no.1 is concerned, in case, the petitioner requires correction of any mistake in the final chak map, it is always open for him to initiate appropriate proceedings for the same and for this reason, the mandamus prayed for in relief no.1 is not required to be granted.
In so far as the relief no.2 is concerned, the petitioner is seeking an injunction at the writ Court from the first instance. Even this relief cannot be granted.
The writ petition is therefore, entirely misconceived and is dismissed.
