Ambica vs Indian

High Court Of Gujarat|25 September, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, learned advocate for petitioner is not present. Mr. Bhatt, learned Senior Advocate appearing for respondent is present. He has submitted that there are two concurrent orders against the petitioner. However, so that the petitioner's chance of making submission in support of the petition may not be defeated, petition is not heard on merits though Mr. Bhatt, learned Senior Advocate is present.
Having regard to the absence of the petitioner and petitioner's advocate, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
