1. Sri Ashok Kumar Rai, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Rajendra Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner, at the outset, stated that against the impugned order, petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal and, therefore, he may be permitted to avail the same and this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. Learned Standing Counsel and Sri Ashok Singh, Advocate, appearing for respondents have no objection.
2. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
