It is submitted by learned advocate for the applicants that applicants are ready to make payment of Rs.44,256/- to the complainant.

In view of above, applicants are directed to deposit Rs.44,256/- with the Trial Court on or before 29.02.2012. On deposit of such amount, complainant will be at liberty to withdraw the same. If any application is preferred by the complainant for withdrawal of the said amount, Trial Court will pass necessary orders for payment to the complainant after due verification.

With above observations, application is disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
