JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court on 25.04.2012 has passed the order which reads as under:
"Mr.
Soni has filed sick note even today and therefore, as a last chance, matter is adjourned to 26.04.2012. It is made clear that if Mr. Soni is not in a position to appear on the next date of hearing, he shall make alternate arrangement failing which appropriate orders shall be passed."
Even today, when the matter is called out, Mr. Soni, learned advocate for the appellant is not present. Hence, the matter stands dismissed for default.
