The endorsement on the Board indicates that Notice of Rule issued to respondent No.3/1 in the Civil Application has not been received back, either served or unserved. There is a further endorsement that in Special Civil Application No.11375 of 2011, the notice has remained unserved on respondents Nos.2/1 to 2/3, 6, 9 - 7/3 as the said respondents are not found at the given addresses.
Learned advocate for the petitioners to supply the correct addresses of the unserved respondents with the Registry within a period of two weeks from today. Thereafter, the Registry to issue fresh Notices to the unserved respondents, making them returnable on 05.02.2013.
