Mr.Shah, learned advocate for the applicant, states that, in the instant matter, the concerned Sessions Court granted stay qua the remand order only up to today till 17.10.2012, and therefore, seeks extension of the said order.
Heard Ms.Archana Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State.
S.O. to 22.10.2012 and till then the order dated 18.09.2012, passed by concerned Sessions Court shall stand extended.
Direct Service is permitted, today.
