Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would like to request the Government authority for imposing lesser punishment than cancellation of license for which he would approach the authority afresh. In that view of the matter, he does not press this petition.

It is clarified that the decision that may be rendered by the competent authority on such representation shall not be subject to challenge since the petitioner is withdrawing the petition only on this limited purpose to file representation.

Disposed of accordingly.
