(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for releasing him on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to make arrangement of his son.
It appears from the jail report that he was last released on furlough from 16.4.10 to 29.4.10 and the date of engagement is also not fixed.
Under these circumstances, discretion is not required to be exercised at this stage. However, when the engagement is fixed, the convict may apply for temporary bail if otherwise permissible in law.
The application is disposed of.
