JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Government Pleader submits that, the direction given by this Court as per Annexure A1 judgment dated 08.01.2013 in W.P.(C). No. 770 of 2013 has been complied with, passing Annexure R1(a) order dated 06.07.2013. The position is confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well.
In the said circumstance, no further orders are necessary in this contempt matter and the same is closed accordingly.
