Hon'ble Rajesh Singh Chauhan,J.
Ms. Samidha, learned counsel representing the respondent No.3/NHAI, upon instructions, states that demand raised by the Competent Authority for depositing an excess amount awarded by the Arbitrator, has been forwarded to the Regional Office.
She prays for and is granted a week's time to obtain further instructions and also ensure that the provisions of the Act and the relevant Rules are complied with by the authority.
