Petitioner is working as a Pharmacist at Community Health Centre (CHC), Bhogwara, District Chandauli.
By the impugned order dated 22 January 2018 passed by the third respondent, Chief Medical Officer, Chandauli, petitioner has been transferred to Community Health Centre, Naugarh, District Chandauli.
Learned Standing Counsel, at the outset, would submit that the impugned order is not an order of transfer, but merely an internal arrangement within the district.
This fact is not being disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In the circumstances, writ petition being devoid of merit is accordingly dismissed.
However, dismissal of the writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner from making an appropriate application for redressal of his grievance before the competent authority, if he so desires and is advised.
It is clarified that the Court has not considered the claim and contention of the petitioner on merit.
