Learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in case crime no. 68 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 406, 504, 506 IPC, police station Ghosi, district Mau with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
Learned A.G.A. submits that in this matter report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has already been filed and thus, the instant application is not maintainable.
In view of the above, the instant application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not maintainable and applicant is given liberty to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned in accordance with law. In case such an application is filed before the court concerned, the same shall be dealt with expeditiously, on merits in accordance with law.
