Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the election revision no. 72 of 2017 (Amarjeet vs. Madhuri and others) within stipulated period.
Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the revision itself preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
