Mr. J.K.Shah, learned APP waives service of rule for respondent-State of Gujarat.
"8[A] The applicants have filed this application with a prayer to delete / modify the condition No.5[d] of the order dated 15.12.2010 in Criminal Misc. Application No.14796 of 2010".
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and averments made in para 5 of this application and requirement of the applicant to travel outside the State of Gujarat for the business purpose, prayer in terms of para 8[A] is granted. Other conditions remain as they are.
This application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent only.
