The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the parties have entered into compromise and Execution Petition has been dismissed as settled out of Court and memo has been filed by the 7th respondent.
2. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the endorsement so made, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
