JUDGMENT / ORDER

The issue involved in the present writ petition is the rejection of the petitioner's renewal of SBBL Gun license for the period 01.01.2010 to 31.12.2012. Apparently, the period for which, the renewal sought for is expired. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application for renewal of any subsequent period, if he chooses to do so. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
