Amardhari Yadav vs State Of U.P. Thru' Secyr., Firms, ...

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|12 November, 2010

JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is an extremely frivolous petition. The first prayer is that respondents may be directed to add the name of the petitioner. It is not clear that where and in what list petitioner wants his name to be added. Learned counsel states that petitioner wants that his name may be added in the Committee of Management of the Society. The second prayer is that respondents may be directed to initiate the proceedings under Section 12 D of the Societies Registration Act against respondent no.3. Section 12 D deals with cancellation of registration. On the one hand petitioner seeks his induction in the Committee of Management on the other hand he seeks cancellation of the entire registration. The third prayer is that representation may be directed to be decided. Learned counsel states that Annexure 1 is the representation. Neither in Annexure 1 it is mentioned that it has been filed under which provision nor learned counsel for the petitioner is able to tell the Court that under which provision representation is maintainable.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
