ORDER This writ petition is disposed off in terms of amicable settlement as contained in the Joint Memo dated 06.12.2019 and the impugned order accordingly stands modified. Both respondent personally present before the Court and his counsel Sri. V.S.Naik acknowledge the receipt of the cheque for the amount payable in terms of this settlement.
The petitioner shall ensure that cheque shall stand honoured by his banker on presentation.
It is made clear that the petitioner in the event of cheque getting dishonoured runs the risk of being treated as contemnor of Court order.
No costs.
