HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 34632 of 2014 ORDER:
Pursuant to the notification dated 15.9.2013 for enlistment of LPG distributorship, petitioners have applied for selection to three locations i.e., YMR colony, Bollavaram and Dasthagiripeta. Grievance of petitioners in necessitating to file this writ petition is that they are not subjected to selection process in arbitrary and discriminatory manner, though they are eligible in all respects.
On instructions, learned standing counsel for second respondent corporation submits that both petitioners are eligible for all the three locations and list of eligible candidates and dates of draw is not finalized and candidates will be informed accordingly. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive as the claim of the petitioners is already under consideration.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed. Sequel to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand dismissed.
