JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr. Raval, Ld. APP for the respondent- State, upon instructions being received from Mr. Dudhabhai Madiyabhai, ASI, Bakor Police Station, states that regarding the disputed land, a civil suit is pending in the Court of Ld. Civil Judge, Lunavada. However, except this, at present there is no more details. Mr. Raval seeks time to furnish complete details about the above referred pending suit. Mr. Shah, Ld. Advocate for the applicant submitted that on his part, the concerned panchayat authority shall inquire about this and shall furnish available data.
