Undisputedly the orders impugned have been passed by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 who are situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently the preliminary objection as taken by Sri Shamim Ahmed learned counsel who appears for the Union respondents to the maintainability of the writ petition is accepted.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. This order however shall not preclude the petitioner, if so chosen and advised, to approach the appropriate Court.
