Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 23.03.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.14247/2012 (Amar Singh v. State of U.P. & Ors.) as well as the order dated 22.10.2013 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) no.5093/2013 (Amar Singh vs. J.S. Shakya, D.I.O.S. Firozabad).
From the affidavit of compliance filed on 13.03.2014, it is evident that the order in question has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
