This petition for writ is preferred to have a direction to the respondent nos.2/3 to release next installment to the petitioners for completion of their respective homes under the "Pradhan Mantri Avas Yojna".
From perusal of the communication dated 24 March 2018 addressed to the Chief Development Officer, Shahjahanpur, annexure-5, it reveals that certain instructions have already been issued to ensure appropriate action with regard to payment of next installment to the petitioners.
In view of it, we do not find any just reason to interfere in the mater at this state.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3, Chief Development Officer, Shahjahanpur to act upon the directions given by the District Magistrate under the communication dated 24 March 2018.
