The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 09.09.2018 registered as Case Crime No.439 of 2018, under Sections 324, 323, 506 IPC, P.S. Hafizganj, District Bareilly.
The allegation in the first information report against the accused persons is of assaulting the informant as well as his two sisters thereby causing them injuries.
Considering the nature of the allegations as also the fact that injuries have been sustained by the informant party, no case to quash the first information report is made out. The petition is dismissed.
