Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(A) A writ order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing to the respondents authority specially respondent no. 2 to 4 reinstate the way from the respondent no. 5 and 6 in pursuance of illegal encroachment having Araji no. 1669 area 0.1290 hectare situation at Village Dakshini Kotwa, Jamunipur Tehsil Phoolpur District Prayagraj."
It is submitted that plot no. 1669 is a rasta.
In case, a public pathway has been encroached upon, the petitioner may file a proper application before the Tehsildar invoking Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 for redressal of his grievance.
In case such an application is actually filed by the petitioner, it is expected that the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
