ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash FIR No.150 of 2011 of Jammalamadugu Police Station of YSR Kadapa District, registered for offences under Section 406 and 420 I.P.C.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police, after investigation, referred the case as of civil nature and filed final report before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jammalamadugu.
4. Considering the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous as the police filed final report referring the case as of civil nature.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
