JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 831 of 2009, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 201 IPC read with Section ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, police station Jaidpur, district Barabanki.
We have gone through the contents of the FIR, which disclose commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed.
Although grave stress has been laid by learned counsel for the petitioners that the daughter of the complainant, namely, Parul and her three years' old daughter are alive and are residing with Himanshu @ Gaurav.
These things are to be seen by the Investigating Officer and at this juncture it cannot be looked into whether Parul and her daughter are alive or no?
The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
