This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent no- 2&3, authority to take appropriate action against respondent no. 4 (Pradhan (Smt. Premvati), Village Sikandara Touhiya, Tahsil Kaimganj, District Farrukhabad), and Sized all financial power, and inquiries though higher authority.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent authority to conduct a fair enquiry within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court, regarding the
(iii) issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing to the respondents to take appropriate and effective action on the application of the petitioner, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to approach Respondent No. 2, District Magistrate by means of an application/representation ventilating his grievances within 10 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its Annexures and, if any such application/representation is made, the Respondent No. 2, District Magistrate shall look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
We make it clear that we have not entered into the merit of the case and it shall be decided by the authority concerned on its own merits.
With this observation, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
