Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-respondents.
Considering the facts and circumstances and the allegations made in the impugned F.I.R., the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that till the submission of report by the police under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. the petitioner shall not be arrested in case Crime No. 217 of 2010 under Section420 I.P.C. and Sec. 18/27 of Cosmetic Act, 1940 P.S. Kotwali Kashganj District Kanshiram Nagar .
