Learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State are present.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the anticipatory bail application has become infructuous as the applicant nos. 1 and 2 have been arrested and against two other applicants final report has been submitted, therefore, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the application may be rejected as infructuous.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is rejected as infructuous.
